Job Summary:   We’re looking for a results-driven and growth-minded Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you’ll be identifying key partnerships, driving adoption of our fintech solutions, and helping clients unlock new value through our APIs and platforms.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fintech, banking, and enterprise sectors.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, from outreach to closing.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with solution capabilities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics, sales activity, and market trends.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in a fin-tech, SaaS, or digital solutions company.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs, USSD and SMS.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand client pain points and offer value-driven solutions.
