Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Kampala. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and presenting our solutions to potential clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business prospects
- Perform detailed market research and analyze potential opportunities
- Conduct product and service presentations to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Background in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering/Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
