Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by equipping young people with the tools, knowledge, and platforms to ignite change in their communities and beyond.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
- Support project budget development and monitoring.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely financial documentation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management.
- Strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with NGOs preferred.
