Job Summary: Are you calm under pressure and passionate about customer satisfaction? Delivery App is looking for a Support & Dispatch Coordinator to ensure smooth order processing and happy customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor orders in real-time, dispatch deliveries, and communicate with riders.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and order issues via chat or phone.
- Escalate problems quickly and ensure fast resolution.
- Keep track of SLAs and ensure operational targets are met.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer service or dispatch is a big plus.
- Good typing and communication skills.
- Organized, responsive, and a problem-solver.
