About the Company:
World Trumpet Mission (WTM) was founded in 1988 by John W. Mulinde after a supernatural encounter with the Lord. It was then that he was formally commissioned to go to the nations of the world and “blow the trumpet” of the day of the Lord, warning people that the hour is late, the schemes of darkness are real, the Great Commission is yet unfinished, and the Church is not ready for the second appearance of the Master. He was commissioned by the Lord to call all God’s people to find their rightful place in the army of the Lord, (Joel 2) and to maximize their individual potential in serving Kingdom purposes in these last days, as we all seek to complete the discipling of all nations to our God.
Job Summary: To develop and manage content strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring consistent and high-quality messaging across all media platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that enhances brand presence.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of digital and traditional content.
- Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with the organization’s vision.
- Coordinate with the production and social media teams for effective dissemination.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for better reach.
- Manage a team of content creators and provide guidance on best practices.
- Research industry trends to enhance content relevance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Media or Strategic Communication is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in content management, media production, or a related field.
- Experience managing content teams and working with digital media platforms.

- Expertise in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
