Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in microfinance and fintech, with at least 2 years of experience in digital banking or financial technology. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth financial processes, and supporting our mission to provide accessible financial solutions to underserved markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of microfinance and fintech products, including EV bike and smartphone loans.
- Implement and monitor financial processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology partners to maintain and enhance digital banking systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage customer onboarding and KYC processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage reporting requirements.
- Lead a small team of financial officers and support staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient financial services and support.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance, fintech, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including digital loans and embedded finance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with mobile money systems and digital financial platforms is a plus.
