Job Summary: We are urgently hiring Sales Officers to join our growing sales team across Uganda. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals passionate about sales, customer service, and business growth. You will be responsible for promoting motorbike sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the branch showroom meets sales targets and standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and close high-value deals
- Develop and implement effective motorbike sales strategies
- Stay updated on the latest motorcycle models, features, and trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain excellent after-sales communication
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities in your region
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and lead generation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in sales operations and channel sales
- Demonstrated experience in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the ICT or motorbike/automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
