Job Summary: The Student Accommodation Coordinator will oversee daily operations at the on-campus housing facilities of The Aga Khan University in Uganda in addition to general supervision and administration of the hostel. This entails a range of duties, including overseeing the allocation of rooms, addressing maintenance concerns, and guaranteeing the general welfare of the student& Develop and manage the budget for all university residences, Crisis and emergency management, Maintain discipline in the university residence, and Market the Hostel facilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A University degree in hospitality management, business administration, or facilities management.
Experience
- Demonstrated supervisory and administrative skills in an academic institution.
- Evidence of working with a large and diverse community of students.
- 3-5 years of experience in hostel management, with a proven track record of working in a university setting.
