Job Summary:   Quality Plastics (U) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Controller to receive, store & issue raw material, work in progress, finished goods & engineering spares in a practical & orderly manner, and ensure accurate & up to date records of all transactions and stock levels are kept.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all spares & raw materials are received against requisition, PO & delivery note qty.
  • To ensure all spares & raw materials are received timely & the inspection criteria is followed before storage.
  • To follow up with procurement for any pending spare or material delivery.
  • To raise GRN for the received qty & share copy to procurement.
  • To ensure the storage areas are kept in a hygienic condition.
  • Ensure all stock is issued with the necessary approval.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid any OOS considering set minmax levels & projected sales figures.
  • Load material trucks timely according to plan & ensure accurate documentation is prepared.
  • Share loading status to sales & inventory manager on a daily.
  • Supervise the team to carry out necessary stock counts as per procedure.
  • Ensure accurate records at all time.
  • Update system quantity on a daily basis.
  • Update end user & inventory Manager on any stock levels that drop below the minimum.
  • Maintain a record of all deliveries, issues and current stock position of all items
  • Perform any other duties management may consider necessary.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Procurement &Logistics management or Supply chain or related field with at least 2-3 years working experience in the same position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
