Job Summary: Learn executing oilfield mechanical equipment operations and participate in oilfield mechanical equipment common maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in executing new oil field mechanical commissioning and start-up.
- Assist in collecting mechanical-related issues left out by the engineering unit and follow up.
- Learn to manage emergency response as per Emergency response plan.
- Participate in operating mechanical equipment, conducting routine checks and records management.
- Assist in handling mechanical abnormalities and reporting to senior mechanical technicians; cooperate with other departments when necessary.
- Participate in executing mechanical equipment preventive maintenance as per PM plan.
- Ensure worksite cleanliness and safety is maintained.
- Support in coordinating and supervising mechanic-related contractor onsite work.
- Execute instruction from senior mechanic technicians.
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 0-2 years’ work experience is preferred with Oil & Gas industry background.
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of mechanical and preventive maintenance.
