Our model ensures our clients only speak to serious buyers—no time-wasters.
Job Summary: We’re hiring an experienced Lead Generator to research, identify, and connect with high-net-worth individuals and investor groups actively looking to buy luxury properties in Uganda. You’ll be the first touchpoint in a buyer’s journey—your leads will directly impact major sales and commissions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential luxury property buyers (local & diaspora investors, high-income professionals, business owners, etc.)
- Build highly-targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, social media, databases, and offline channels
- Reach out via WhatsApp, email, and social DMs to qualify interest
- Warm up leads and pass them to our appointment-setting and sales team
- Maintain accurate lead records and update statuses in CRM
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation or research for real estate, preferably in the luxury or premium market
- Knowledge of Uganda’s high-end real estate landscape (like Kololo, Naguru, Entebbe, Munyonyo)
- Strong written and spoken English (bonus if you speak Luganda or Swahili)
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
Compensation:
- You earn 5% of our success commission for every sale that comes from your lead.
- (Example: If we earn a 10M UGX success fee, you take home 500,000 UGX for that one lead.)
- Top performers can earn 1M–5M+ UGX per month.
