Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphics designing software.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
