We eliminate the middlemen and bring the coffee directly from the farmer to the end user. Further up the value chain we create high value jobs which would otherwise not be available in Uganda. Wild is exporting roasted coffee from the birthplace of coffee to coffee lovers worldwide.
Job Summary: Wild Coffee Bar is relocating, and are soon opening a brand new branch in Muyenga, Kampala. We’re looking for an exceptional Head Barista to manage our new home — someone who lives and breathes coffee, not just as a drink, but as a movement.
Do you geek out over espresso recipes, love experimenting with hand brews, and enjoy connecting people to the storybehind their cup? Then this might be your dream job.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We’re Looking For:
- Deep passion for coffee, beyond the brew
- Strong skills in espresso, milk-based drinks, and manual brewing methods
- Confident, energetic and warm communicator — especially with customers
- Excited to share the mission of Wild and the journey of our beans
- Big dreams in coffee — whether it’s grading, roasting, or even owning a coffee shop one day
- Bonus if you love storytelling and creating content for social media!
