Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage company’s social media strategy specifically for the FMCG products.
- Define key social media KPIs relevant to the FMCG industry.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the FMCG industry.
- Utilize social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization to improve reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Train and mentor team members on social media best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Work with external 3rd party / agency towards social media posts management.
- Engage regularly with 3rd Party / agency and populate Monthly dashboards towards social media campaign / posts with respect to Targets set.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Information Technology or any other related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry for minimum 2 Years’ experience.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and FMCG-specific marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Hands-On experience with Microsoft Tools & MacBook preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, ASP and Word press
