Job Summary: Aviva Elite Developers is hiring a Sales Executive to play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Conducting sales presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Understanding of the construction industry and housing market.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in B2C sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
