Job Title: LPG Sales Executive

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the marketing & communication strategy in respect to LPG sales on the network
- Follow up on all the LPG packed requirements (Cylinders, LPG consumables, Cages, Weighing Scales, Maintenance) and determine specifications against business need to ensure appropriate delivery of LPG.
- Participate and closely follow up all customer complaints, inquires & anomalies on LPG on the network.
- Carry out network assessment & define the LPG sales potential by station on the network and ensure continuous sales growth.
- Prospect and onboard new customers with an aim of increasing our reach to the last mile customer.
- Observe minimum stock and stock control to avoid illegal business at point of sales.
- Supervise and monitor LPG business development executives.
- Report all safety related incidents, anomalies and near miss .
- Deploy a stop card for any activities you deem not to be following the HSEQ Golden rules of TotalEnergies.
Activities
- LPG business development on the network with key focus on hotels, small and medium enterprises
- Training on LPG usage and its safe handling on the network and outside network business channels
- Logistics co-ordination to ensure that all stations are fully stocked with both LPG and accessories.
- Co-ordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure participation in all regional trade shows with key focus on promoting LPG usage in all regions of Uganda.
- Implementation of the LPG distribution management system (DMS+).
- To manage, monitor and improve LPG sales on TotalEnergies network , distributor and reseller point of sales.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Good conceptual, innovative, computer, business writing, numeric and analytical skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in a highly competitive Industry.
- Communication skills are a pre-requisite.
- Must be organized & a team player
- Responsive and aggressive working spirit
- Must be innovative, self-driven and result oriented
