Job Summary: We believe that data saves lives, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help us scale our mission through effective online marketing and B2B outreach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead client acquisition, activation, and referrals using digital channels
- Design and execute targeted LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation campaigns
- Grow our brand presence through social media, email campaigns, and paid digital ads
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business development goals
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential clients
- Create and manage content, including visuals, infographics, and social media creatives
- Gather and report market insights and client feedback to inform product innovation
- Maintain marketing and sales records and track campaign performance
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Computing, IT, Communications, or related fields
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in B2B sales
- Proven expertise with LinkedIn advertising and digital lead generation
- Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs, and email platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an added advantage
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Experience in running digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track of digital conversion of leads to sales
- Proven record of maximizing ad spend and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
