Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting Marketing to implement the bank’s digital media strategy to enhance brand awareness through creating visually compelling digital content while also managing and optimizing our social media presence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement the bank’s digital media strategy in line with overall marketing strategy.
- Create engaging graphics and animations for the bank’s marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital ads, and presentations.
- To support Marketing in developing a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce multimedia content for digital platforms.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in related field.
- Proven experience in digital media with a focus on graphic design, photography and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of brand identity and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
