- Komatsu – Earth moving equipment
- Sandvik – Rock drilling, mining and quarry
- Dynapac – Compacting equipment
- Tadano – Cranes
- Tempest – Generators
Job Summary: We are seeking to recruit a self-driven professional in Victoria Equipment Limited as an AfterSales Officer with an Engineering (Auto/Mechanical) background, who is responsible, results oriented, has the agility and flexibility, to drive sales, can work under pressure to deliver results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective customer relationship management system for all customers the company has for all brands
- Promote and sell all company products in the market.
- Ensure customer visits are done across the country effectively.
- Conduct and perform machine walk-around, ensure preventive maintenance inspections and technical evaluations and provide recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and submit the customer visit reports, call reports, machine condition and sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and machine population data.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Coordinate with the parts, service, sales and OEM representatives to ensure smooth execution of service and parts delivery to customers.
- Follow-up customers’ feedback and channel it to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Provide reports to Sales Manager on all activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Auto engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Economics & Development Economics, Business studies, International Business, Sales & Marketing.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years related experience in a similar Position.
