Job Summary: The Marketer plays a crucial role in promoting our financial products and services, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth. This position involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, and building strong customer relationships. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, identifying target markets and engagement strategies.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms and events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, analyzing competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor brand performance to enhance brand equity.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries to improve satisfaction.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking and reporting on ROI for campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields.
- No prior experience needed
- Active Listening, Speaking, Social Perceptiveness, Negotiation, and Coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Swahili, and other languages such as Luo and Iteso is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mathematics and experience with digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- Skills in monitoring and analytical thinking.
