Job Summary: Sokoni Africa Limited is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior decor products including luxury furniture, lamps, candles, portraits, crystals and candles etc building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Your passion for customer service and sales will be vital to driving the company’s growth and success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Assist with promotional activities and events to drive brand awareness
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
