Job Summary:   We seek an enthusiastic, innovative, and results-oriented B2B Relationship Manager with robust experience in digital financial services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, ensuring exceptional service, seamless onboarding, and ongoing engagement that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Query & Complaint Resolution:

  • Handle all B2B customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

B2B Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new B2B clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and empowered to utilize Eversend’s suite of services.

Customer Retention & Activation:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to retain existing customers and reactivate dormant accounts, enhancing overall engagement.

New Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for acquiring new B2B customers, leveraging industry networks and market insights.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on all digital financial service matters.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support) to relay customer feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure service excellence.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer satisfaction, retention rates, and growth, adjusting strategies as needed.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B relationship management, customer success, or account management within the digital financial services or fintech industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
