Job Summary:   The Project Manager will lead and oversee fiber network projects from start to finish, ensuring all targets are met without exception. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of fiber network projects, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and performance targets.
  • Ensure fiber optic installations are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report daily project progress, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maintain efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in installation processes to meet the target of 40 installations per day.
  • Mitigate project risks and troubleshoot challenges to ensure operational excellence.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing fiber network projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment.
