Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a third of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 81 branches, 207 ATMs and over 7,491 CenteAgents and other digital platforms.
Job Summary: Provide direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the bank
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create, maintain, and update project plans, ensure deliverables are tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored
- Maintain Centenary Bank’s Project Management guidelines, Policies and Procedures
- Support projects implementation through observing controls and governance
- Monitor all Bank Projects and assist the Project Staff in reporting to Project manager on the status of the Projects highlighting problems and solutions
- Responsible for the implementation of quality assurance throughout the life cycle of projects
- Review and present project initiation documents (e.g. business case, cost benefit analysis, project charter) in line with project management guidelines
- Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) and other stakeholders on the post-implementation review of accomplished projects
- Offer overall coordination of activities in the Project Office
- Compile project closure reports for all projects that have been concluded and rolled out
- To support the Head of Project Management Office in coordinating project management trainings
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Computer science, Commerce or Business Administration or any related discipline
- Project Management Certification will be added Advantage
Required Experience and Competences:
- 1 year in Project Management environment executing Project related roles
- Monitoring and Evaluation experience is added advantage
