Job Summary: We are seeking a Coordinator, for our learning and academy team. If you’re passionate about entrepreneurship, digital learning, and women’s empowerment, this is your chance to make an impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of learning programs under the Hi-Innovator initiative.
- Develop and implement training content aligned with program goals.
- Identify groups and individuals for training engagement.
- Support participants to ensure course completion.
- Coordinate with partners, trainers, and stakeholders to enhance learning.
- Participate in training to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Track program outcomes, milestones, and metrics.
- Write progress and ad hoc reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in monitoring and evaluation or project management is an advantage.
- Proven 3-year experience in program coordination, training, or learning management.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development with growth results.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Passion for women’s empowerment and digital entrepreneurship.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
