Topowa Youth Mentoring Uganda is a  community not for Profit organisation that seeks to build a better, healthier, inspired and a motivated future for all the young people and their communities in Uganda. Founded in 2017 , the aim of TYMU is to work towards providing empowerment for young people to make healthy life choices around Alcohol and substance abuse, Mental Health related issues and providing Mentorship so that they can work towards achieving their dreams.

Job Summary:   We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Grants Officer to drive our fundraising and partnership efforts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work & Community Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development.
• Proven track record of securing funding from institutional donors or corporate sponsors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent networking and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for youth empowerment and mentorship
