Job Summary: This role is about providing high-level support to the executives by managing their offices efficiently and professionally, handling administrative and logistical tasks with discretion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the offices in a clean and organized manner.
- Clearing and restocking the office supplies.
- Receiving and taking care of the executive guests.
- Experienced in executive support.
- Highly organized and time-efficient.
- Communicates well with high-level individuals.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Executive Support Experience: Proven track record in similar roles.
