Job Summary: Provide support to the existing Social Performance team (two personnel per rotation) to execute existing social management programs including Community Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Community Capacity Building tasks such as market access and linkages to ensure sustainability of the programs and also support the team in the 2025 new programs such as Agriculture Development Program and PROUD Project.
Total Energies EP Uganda is offering Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates with a bachelor’s degree not exceeding two years after graduation with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agri Business, Rural Development, Economics, Project Management or equivalent relevant field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management and marketing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.
