Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies adhere to labour laws and best practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR (an added advantage).
- At least 4 years of experience in a busy corporate HR department.
