Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right spare parts for their vehicles or equipment.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely restocking.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in spare parts sales, automotive or heavy machinery industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts and vehicle/machinery components
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
