About Organisation:
IBS Africa LTD a subsidiary of Impax Business Solutions Kenya is an Information Systems Consultancy firm based in Kampala – Uganda. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sales Executive. The position holder will be responsible for driving sales for the Company’s range of products which include Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Business Central and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and asset tracking among others.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and other products and services in the Company.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities in Uganda.
Client Engagement:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Dynamics 365 can address those needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools to track and manage sales pipelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
Solution Selling:
- Present and sell Dynamics 365 ERPs /CRM solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay current with industry ERP trends, incorporating this knowledge into client interactions.
- Provide clients with insights into how ERP solutions, alongside other CRM tools, can address their business challenges.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or a related field.
- Relevant certification in IT will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics Solutions or other ERPs with a proven track record in closing deals.
- Prior working experience in an IT Firm is desirable
Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERPs and CRM, including their features, benefits, and implementation processes
- Understanding of the business development spectrum.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding documentation and presentation skills.
