Job Title: Office Assistant (Fresher O’ Level Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean the Organization Office and Compound
- Sweeping and Mopping
- Dusting and Cobwebbing
- Coordinate fumigation at least bi annual
- Cleaning windows and walls
- Emptying and cleaning dustbins.
Clean the Rest Rooms /Wash Rooms
- Scrub the restrooms
- Replenish the toiletries
- Replenish hand washing water and soap
- Timely service delivery in place.
Prepare Tea for Staff and Visitors
- Prepare and serve tea
- Wash utensils immediately after staff have taken tea
- Maintain a Clean kitchen at all times
- Replenish utility items
- Presence of welfare staff provided timely.
Waste Management
- Collect waste and dispose of it.
- Offloading and loading items
- Presence of clean work environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An O level Certificate.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to work in a team with minimum supervision and flexibility.
- Must belong to a local Church
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stay calm in stressful moments.
