Job Summary:   Exquisite Solution Limited, is seeking an IT Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in the logistics and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple offices in Uganda. This position requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues promptly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring reliable security and surveillance operations.
• Perform regular repairs and maintenance of IT hardware to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted printing services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network devices, ensuring a stable and secure network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and integrate new network setups, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across systems.
• Configure and manage EPABX systems, ensuring reliable communication and efficient operation of telephony services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management, preferably in a multinational company or a reputable organization.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware and software troubleshooting, network security, and systems maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage projects effectively, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for managing daily IT operations and resolving technical challenges.
• Willingness and ability to travel across various Ugandan offices to address and resolve IT-related issues as needed.
