Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, situated in Matugga, Wakiso district, Uganda, shall produce high-quality medicines across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
Job Summary: To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with GGMP standards and maintaining optimal environmental conditions for production and storage.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, boilers, ventilation).
- Ensure environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure) meet production and storage requirements.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC malfunctions promptly.
- Adjust control systems and monitor sensors to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with production teams as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with HVAC training/certification.
- 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (regulated industries preferred).
- Familiarity with HVAC control systems (e.g., BMS).
