Job Title: Credit Officer and Administrator (Fresher Jobs)

Haraka Micro Finance Limited offers financial help to; licensed businesses, salary people, emergency Loans and agricultural loan sector.
Job Summary:
- Giving out; mainly business loans thus the lookout for mainly credit officer/ loans Officer
- Keeping records, balancing and managing books, thus Administrator.
- Reporting to Branch Supervisor.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To market the company products.
- Give out loans and recover them.
- Manage field work for three hours after morning meetings.
- Bring in New Borrowers daily that qualify.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Social work and social administration from a recognized institution.
- 2 Years of experience in Banking or Credit from a known financial company.
- Fit candidates should not be over 40 years of age.
Requirements:
- Ready to meet the conditions and rules of Haraka microfinance and to work Monday – Saturday under close supervision.
- Ready to manage and to keep time.
- Proper communication skills and computer knowledge
