Job Summary: Are you a results-driven professional with strong negotiation and communication skills? Join our team at SLS Solutions International Ltd as a Collections Officer and play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors and negotiate repayment plans.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Conduct field visits for high-ticket defaulters.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in debt collection services or related activities.
- Education: Degree in Business or any related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus: Training in debt collection or call center services is an added advantage.
