Job Title:  Accounting and Finance Officer (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary:  Responsible for overseeing financial management, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations to ensure the organization operates efficiently and in compliance with legal and financial regulations.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial statements, reports, and budgets..
  • Process and monitor payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliation for petty cash
  • Accounting for petty cash of Einstein Rising Projects and Departments.
  • Managing Disbursement of Funds to the Team leads and Department heads.
  • Collecting Weekly project requisitions and forwarding them to Management.
  • Collecting and storing source documentation for Expenses and Purchases made from Team leads and Department heads.
  • Banking incomes made from projects.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experienced in managing finances of multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Skills in budgeting.
