Embassy of France in Kampala is the diplomat mission of France.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accounting and financial management of the position
- Main activities
- Collect and summarize decision-making support elements at each stage of the budgetary or accounting process; legal and regulatory monitoring;
- Propose arbitrations, in particular for the development of a budget and the allocation of financial resources, in order to optimize the management of the financial chain;
- Check supporting documents and control files before transmission for validation or payment
- Enter management acts of prescribing services;
- Execute and monitor management acts of prescribing services;
- Monitor payments, credits and/or budget balances;
- Assist prescribing services, in particular by producing restitutions and/or alerts;
- Assist Secretaries General of Embassy and managers and answer their questions;
- Establish, monitor and analyze dashboards;
- Produce statistical restitutions relating to the activity;
- Handle letters and emails as well as telephone requests for information;
- Coordinate budgetary resources;
- Monitor regulations and propose regulatory developments. Qualifications or professional experience recommended to perform the functions
