Adroit Solutions Limited is a registered Microsoft Partner in Uganda offering extensive consultancy in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. We develop, maintain and offer support for cloud-based systems. We have a number of integrated system solutions under Microsoft Dynamics 365 e.g Adroit Human Resource and Payroll system, Hospital Management Information system, URA EFRIS system integration among others.
Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Finance & Sales, located in Kampala. The Team Lead Finance & Sales will be responsible for overseeing financial management, preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, manage budgeting, and ensuring accurate accounting.
Additionally, the role involves leading the sales teams to exceed targets, foster strong client relations, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and leading the finance and sales team to achieve organizational goals.
The Team Lead also oversees daily administrative operations including human resource, staff welfare, office maintenance, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
The Team Lead will collaborate closely with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth fostering a positive team culture, offering guidance and professional development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Finance, and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting sales and financial data
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (office) is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Kampala
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
