Job Summary: This full stack engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows and system integrations to optimize business operations. The role involves leveraging no-code/low-code tools, API integrations, and custom development to enhance efficiency across various company platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in automation, data synchronization, dashboard development, and web integrations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using n8n to connect business systems.
- Integrate and optimize workflows across Zoho CRM, Customer Support, Social, and Email Campaigns for seamless operations.
- Automate data synchronization between Zoho, Trello, internal databases, and third-party tools.
- Implement webhook-based and API integrations for real-time data processing.
- Build and maintain a centralized dashboard using no-code/low-code tools like Appsmith to track key business metrics.
- Connect Zoho, Trello, and internal data sources for real-time business intelligence.
- Ensure dashboards are dynamic, user-friendly, and customizable based on department needs.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations between company platforms using Python (Django) and other scripting languages.
- Create internal tools to enhance productivity, data accessibility, and business operations.
- Write and maintain API connectors to integrate various third-party services (e.g., Zoho, WhatsApp, SMS, banking APIs).
- Support or coordinate WordPress plugin development to extend platform functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom features for the company website and internal platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration with Zoho, internal tools, and payment systems.
- Collaborate with external developers when necessary to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation workflows, integrations, and system architecture.
- Provide training and onboarding support to internal teams on new automation features.
- Work closely with customer success, product, and engineering teams to align automation with business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports to track progress, productivity, accountability, and transparency on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (Django), JavaScript, and API development.
Experience
- 3+ years experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django) development.
- Experience with Angular and/or React for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write/debug complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integration.
- Experience with Git version control and automated testing.
- Solid understanding of networking, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices..
