Job Summary: China Forestry International Development Co., Ltd (CFID) is seeking passionate and dedicated fresh graduates to fill the Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs) position to oversee and manage its new coffee plantations in Nakaseke at our plantation camps in Kapeeka, Nakaseke.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily coffee plantation activities.
- Oversee planting, maintenance, and harvesting processes.
- Work closely with plantation teams to ensure high productivity.
- Maintain plantation records and report on progress.
- Adapt to and thrive in a remote working environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Agriculture or a related field with a CGPA of above 3.3.
- Male Candidates between 24 – 28 years of age.
- Willingness to live and work in plantation camps with company-provided accommodation and meals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for agricultural development and sustainability.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office tools is a must.
