Job Summary: Uwezo Microfinance Financial Services Limited is a fast-growing financial institution dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions.
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Collection/Relationship Officers to join our team and support our growing client base.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and bank customer repayments in a timely and secure manner.
- Build a portfolio and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loan repayments.
- Educate customers on loan terms, repayments, and financial discipline.
- Identify and resolve repayment issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records and provide daily collection reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- “O” Level Certificate with a credit in English and Mathematics (added advantage) and at least 2 principal passes at “A” Level.
- Fluency in Luganda (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle cash securely.
- Prior 1 to 2 years’ experience in collections, sales, or customer service is an advantage (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Age: 20-35 years.
