Job Title: Store Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

We partner with farmers across Uganda to reduce food wastage in Africa by optimizing harvest through value addition and improved shelf life while maintaining the authenticity of our foods.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any related field.
- Additional certifications in inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics (e.g CIPS, APICS) are an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in store/ warehouse management or a similar role preferably in agro-processing, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in managing inventory, stock control systems and warehouse operations.
- Proven track record of working with suppliers, procurement teams and production units to optimize inventory flow.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of health, safety and quality standards in storage and warehouse management
- Ability to develop and implement cost-effective storage and distribution strategies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
