Job Summary:   We are looking for a Social Media Admin is responsible for managing a company’s presence across various social media platforms, including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, monitoring online conversations, responding to messages, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, all while maintaining a consistent brand image across platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content creation and scheduling: Develop engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., including text, images, videos, and graphics, and schedule posts according to a content calendar.
• Community management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, addressing customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining a positive brand voice.
• Social listening: Monitor online conversations related to the company, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify potential issues and opportunities for engagement.
• Analytics and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions on social media platforms to analyze campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Campaign execution: Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives, including promotional offers, contests, and influencer collaborations.
• Brand consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Trend analysis: Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms to identify potential opportunities for brand engagement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Strong writing and communication skills: Ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Visual design skills: Basic understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content.
• Social media platform expertise: Proficiency in using various social media platforms and their features.
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Customer service skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage online customer interactions.
• Marketing knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
