Job Title: Project Manager. Enterprise Portfolio Management Office

Reports to: Senior Manager – Project Implementation

Job Summary: To manage project implementation cycle, Ensure workmanship quality during project implementation, Contractor Management and Resource and stakeholder management
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines
- Ensure Regular Project reporting as per Business requirements
- Ensure that all CAPEX projects are implemented within specified time lines and within Quality Plan
- Ensure handover of all completed Projects to the respective internal customers
- Prepare project timelines with fully interdependence in the project activities
- Ensuring all CAPEX projects follow customer centricity guidelines
- Properly Manage Project risks
- Properly Manage Project Procurement
- Properly Manage Project Contracts
- Properly Manage Project Tender and Evaluation process
- Project human resource management
- Manage project documentation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- BSc Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or Equivalent
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5yrs experience in area of specialization.
- Three years’ experience in Information Systems based Environment or telecoms environment
- Experience in running business projects, end to end is a MUST
Attributes and Skills Necessary Skills:
- Experience in a multidimensional projects;
- knowledge in business Projects; experience in project planning
- Demonstrable capacity for multi-tasking; excellent understanding of activity timing and impact assessment
- Further qualifications in Contract management, Tender process or Project management
