Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry. This role will involve assisting in IT support, software development, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT problems.
- Support the development and testing of software applications.
- Help maintain IT documentation and system updates.
- Research and recommend improvements for IT systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
