Job Summary: The main role will be to provide additional support to the TEPU teams in the different departments in developing, implementing and coordinating the different activities/programs The Graduate trainee will also be required to work closely with various teams to gain on the job experience and acquire relevant employability skills that are crucial to the project and in the oil and gas sector. The Graduate trainee position is based in the Kampala office of TEPU. However, he or she may travel to the field where necessary during the execution of the work. The Graduate trainee reports to the Head of Department who may delegate his or her supervisory authority to another person but remains with overall accountability.

Total Energies EP Uganda is offering Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates with a bachelor’s degree not exceeding two years after graduation with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the field operations team to develop, review international standards related to condition monitoring, review TotalEnergies Referential, TotalEnergies Digital tools suite (RAID, OneCBM, COBRA) capabilities review and Tilenga equipment capabilities (MMS, PI)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Maintenance background to work on the development of plan for condition-based monitoring for rotating equipment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graphical interpretation of data
- Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience.
