Key Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting To Outlet Sales Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;
Key Result Areas:
- Design and implement product displays and store layouts in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain seasonal displays to attract customers and highlight key products.
- Manage product stock levels and placement to optimize sales.
- Monitor inventory and reorder popular items in collaboration with the Outlet Sales manager.
- Promote specific products, sales, and offers to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure accurate stock levels on the sales floor and in back storage.
- Adjust displays based on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the store team to support daily operations and merchandising tasks.
- Train new staff on merchandising techniques and product placement.
- Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoy rapport building and customer interaction.
