Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train & manage a team of insurance sales agents
- Develop winning sales strategies & hit sales targets
- Motivate your team to maximize performance & earnings
- Drive new business & build lasting client relationships
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the Ugandan insurance market
- Ability to train & inspire a winning sales team
