Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall Responsible for daily operation work.
- Well verse in Balancing/Accounting of Goods.
- Can operate computer like Replying email, sending quotation, Create documents using Ms words and Ms Excel sheets.
- Can lead Operation team, Motivate his team about the daily progress.
- Daily Reports to the Manager.
- When required manage Field work like purchase/shopping /Maintenance.
- Feedback from Client.
- Associate with chef regarding Hygiene, Taste of Foods and discuss with them about Client requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Hotel Management
- At least 2-3 years of Experience in Hotel which should be Authorized with Uganda Registered hotel association.
